I’ve forgotten my Password how can I get it?

Enter under the 'ROTAIR' -button -> 'Settings' your Username. Than go to 'Options' and click on 'Get Password' to get an email with your Password.

How can I change the currently used login name?

Under the 'ROTAIR' -button -> 'Settings' you can enter the user name and password, this information is used when the program starts.

The Header of one of the grids (see the screenshot below) looks wrong e.g. language, size or missing column headers. How can I fix that?

Use the context menu (right mouse click into the grid) than choose "Reset grid" from the context menu.

The program crashes after the start up, what can I do?

Please check your firewall.
We've encountered issues with the McAfee Firewall. A deinstallation of the Software and activation of the Windows Firewall and Defender help to fix the problem. Maybe an exception rule for the FlightLog application (ROTAIRGUI.exe) May help too.

When I start the application, it crashes with the message, that a file is missing, how can I eliminate the problem?

There are some known problems with Norton Security. The Software detects the FlightLog as a program which could harm your PC, because it is not a very well-known software. The Norton Security deletes the ROTAIRGUI.exe File. You just have to undo this deletion in the Norton Security program.

Anfangs hatte ich einige Schwierigkeiten verschiedene Flughäfen einzugeben. Zumindest in der PC Verson kam es dort immer wieder zu Problemen, seit ich diese App nutze, funktioniert die Eingabe problemlos. Ich gleiche mein Papierflugbuch jede Woche mit der App ab, die Funktion der Berechnung der Flugzeit ist super. So kann man jederzeit sehen wenn verscheidene Muster (Maschinen) geflogen werden wann die Passagier Berechtigung abgelaufen ist. Wenn jetzt noch eine Version für den Mac kommt. Perfekt!

Sehr viele Möglichkeiten, nutze die App als Backup, falls ich das Flugbuch verlieren sollte bzw. werden die Landungen und Flugstunden schön dargestellt.

Als Verbesserung würde ich mir nur wünschen, dass das Datum auch ohne "scrollen" eingegeben werden kann, das würde Zeit sparen :-)

Aber dennoch eine feine Sache!
